About us

Nori is a twelve-seat counter in Nişantaşı. We pick our fish at the Kumkapı market every morning and cook the rice twice a day, seasoning it with warm vinegar.

If you sit at the counter, tell the chef what you like; the omakase is built around the freshest fish of the day. For those who skip raw fish we also make cooked and vegetarian rolls.
