About us

Noir is a twenty-four-seat dinner restaurant in a waterside apartment overlooking the Bebek shore. Our chef works with small producers from the Aegean and Thrace, and the dishes are rewritten every month with the season.

Evenings begin at the bar with classic cocktails. We recommend booking the tasting menu at least a day ahead; tell us about allergies and dietary needs when you book and the kitchen will adapt the menu for you.
