About us

Tencere has been serving lunch to Karaköy's hardware-market tradespeople since 1984. Our dishes go on the stove at six in the morning and line up in steel trays on the counter by noon.

Point at the counter and your plate arrives right away. Half portions are available for every dish; rice and cacık go well on the side. When a pot runs out, it's gone; we don't cook again in the evening.
