Smash Burger Co. opened in Beşiktaş market in 2022. Our beef is ground fresh every morning and each patty is smashed on a scorching griddle until the edges crisp up. Buns are buttery potato brioche, delivered daily from a bakery nearby.
Order at the counter and pick up when your number shows on the screen. Combos come with fries and a drink; a note for the spice-shy: the name 'Inferno' is not a joke.
