About us
Trattoria Nonna is a fourteen-table family trattoria with checked tablecloths, on the slope between Cihangir and Çukurcuma. We roll our pasta by hand every morning and bake pizza from 48-hour dough in a 450-degree wood-fired oven.
The recipes come from our founder's Bolognese grandmother's notebook. Portions are made for sharing, and half portions of pasta are always available for children.
