About us

Közde Ocakbaşı is a thirty-seat grill house in Feriköy, built around a single fire under a copper hood. We choose our meat with our butcher every morning and hand-mince it with a zırh blade. The fire is oak charcoal.

You can eat at the counter in front of the grill and watch the usta at work. Kebabs come with lavash, charred peppers and tomatoes and sumac onions; portion weights are listed.
